SQE Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Supplier review, quality anomaly tracking improvement and guidance, supplier audit;
2. Formulate supplier incoming inspection specifications and inspection plans. Confirmation of abnormal feeding inspection.
3. To participate in too many batches of new product introduction, mass production assembly reliability test.
4. New product development quality standard establishment and sample confirmation, the preparation of new product control plan.
5. New product introduction phase exception handling/exception determination, problem analysis, improvement tracking.
6. Participate in regular quality meeting problem tracking, coordinate and communicate with various departments to solve supplier and raw material quality problems;
7. Docking, investigation and analysis, improvement and report reply of customer feedback problems;

8. Responsible for assisting the establishment and operation of the company's quality system, supervising and inspecting the implementation and implementation of quality management system documents, and constantly tracking and improving;
9. Be responsible for the management of quality system documents, participate in the review of quality system documents and the issuance of approved documents, etc., be responsible for the drafting or revision of quality system documents, and organize training for relevant department personnel for the approved documents of the department;
10. Responsible for the management of all aspects of quality assurance and quality control of the company, participate in the establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system, and be responsible for the quality risk assessment and control of product and material suppliers;

11. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, experience in auto parts industry
2. Familiar with the seven methods, 8D report, five tools in the automotive industry
3. More than 5 years experience as quality engineer
4. Experience in new product import and supplier import certification
5. Quality-oriented
6. Have strong practical ability, good logical thinking ability, good communication and coordination.
